Monday mornings can be very overwhelming, what with a blur of meetings, project goals and looming deadlines, things always seem mad. I find it helps to sit down with a cup of tea and plan my week ahead, on paper. Somehow, writing things down, prioritising work and scheduling “other” stuff (like laundry and grocery shopping), makes me feel a little more balanced and in control.
