I am Jo, a freelance digital designer living and working in Cape Town, South Africa.
When I can steal some time away from my Mac Book Pro, I feverishly collect vintage buttons, bits of ribbon and gorgeous feathers (a true magpie).
My heart skips a beat for anything sparkly and pretty. I also have a crazy passion for gorgeous furniture, vintage toys, ceramic rabbits and all things birdy. I love snapping photos of everything (a bit like a Japanese tourist), usually my iPhone camera will do but and I am trying to master all the buttons and gismos on my grown up camera.
Weekends are spent gardening, sipping Pimms and spending time with my gorgeous husband. We share our cute little town house with our precious Stripey Cat.
Alexis (my man) and I also have a huge food fetish, we regularly eat out and are always on the look out for the perfect breakfast spot. When at home we both enjoy pottering about in our kitchen. Our fridge is always bulging with delicious treats and our biscuit tin is always full.
This blog is my little collection of all things pretty.
